CLASS ACTION WAIVER

On the first anniversary of
participation in the Legacy
Award Program and annually
thereafter, an administrative
fee of $97 to cover shipping and
handling will be assessed. If
the fee is not paid, future
program/product/subscription
availability will be suspended
until membership is renewed.
Upon payment, future programs
will be delivered as available
but programs made available
while a membership was frozen
are forfeited unless delinquent
payments are paid in full
(excluding live services which
cannot be retroactively
delivered).
The grant which is an integral
element of the Legacy Award
Program, is for use in acquiring

check and cannot be claimed for
cash, cash equivalent under any
